Toplancer.io reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time. Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated to the client in advance.
In the event of a dispute between the client and the freelancer, Toplancer.io will act as a mediator to help resolve the issue. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, the parties may choose to pursue legal action.
Toplancer.io is not responsible for any disputes that arise between the client and the freelancer. The client and the freelancer are solely responsible for resolving any disputes that arise between them.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
